For an unusual twist on your museum adventures, Irida’s Giraffe Museum should be your first stop. A local resident donated the use of her home so that guests could enjoy her unique Giraffe collection as mush as she did. Admission is free.

While visiting Apache Lake, plan on making a weekend of it and enjoy a quick getaway! Accommodations include either the hotel located on the marina or a selection of campsites at the Burnt Corral Recreation Site. This area is open and available for use year-round and comes complete with a public boat launch.
